Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

  • We currently ship to Canada only.
  • Estimated delivery time: 9–15 business days after dispatch.
  • Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or high-demand periods.

Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
  • You can track your order via the carrier's website.
  • If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us.

Customs & Duties

  • Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to assist you.
