Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship to Canada only.
Estimated delivery time: 9–15 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or high-demand periods.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can track your order via the carrier's website.
If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to assist you.
