Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Used or opened masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you received a damaged or defective item, we will offer a full refund or free replacement — no return needed. Simply send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Contact us at thebenefactor70@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card company or PayPal — processing times vary.
  • If you still have not received it, contact us at thebenefactor70@gmail.com.
