Returns
- You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Used or opened masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you received a damaged or defective item, we will offer a full refund or free replacement — no return needed. Simply send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Late or Missing Refunds
- If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account.
